With over 200 hectares of coffee farms, the Caballero family's commitment to sustainable practices, organic fertilizers, and biodiversity results in a unique flavor profile. This lot undergoes a natural process at the farm and boasts bold and funky notes of hazelnuts, fudge, and pleasant brown sugars, offering a complex, satisfying coffee experience. We were happy and lucky to receive this magnificent couple on a visit to our coffee shop on September 06, 2023.
