Coffee Storaging
The best way to storage your coffee is in its own bag in room temperature, far from the sun and the heat, provided that it is a sealable bag (ziplock for example). The most important is keeping it protected against air, humidity and sunlight.
We don't recommend storaging it in the freezer as some customers ask us. We made a few tests with this process and didn't see any increment in the coffee longevity. Plus the defrosting process can be problematic. The condensation can moist the coffee which could be far more hazardous.
If you buy from us you can just keep the coffee in it's own bag and don't worry about it! :)
