Relying on the skills and knowledge of a group of some 239 small farmers in the southern production area of Mbeya, Tanzania, this coffee comes to be through strict regulation practices, in which solely the ripe beans are accepted during harvest.

In fact, because this coffee is hand-picked with love, every bean is scrutinized to ensure the utmost quality and congruency across harvests.

Seeing as only the larger sized beans (AAA) are used, this coffee (of the Kent variety) leads to fully developed and matured flavors akin to that of sweet fruits that have enjoyed a lengthy ripening process that has resulted in an abundance of sugars.

With mild acidity that embodies a rounded drinking experience, you’ll fall head over heels for this roast if you favor both African coffee and dark roasts. And don’t be surprised when you find yourself struggling to find a coffee you prefer more!
